eight and another thirty-two
Eight and another thirty-two strips of expired Forte photo paper.
On my 40th birthday, 25th August 2021, I took the strips, went out into the garden and lay on them: my body left a mark on the paper under the UV light of the sun. I then hammered a nail into each strip. Eight narrower stripes for the first eight years of my life. I suffered a trauma at the age of 8.
