hypnopompia
Hypnopompic, a volatile state of consciousness on the border between sleep and wakefulness. Am I still sleeping? Or am I already awake? What is dream? What is reality? This strange, fragmented feeling full of hallucinations inspired my Hypnopompia kilim rug collection, with which I won the main prize of the rug design competition „Dreaming in my garden” in 2021, published by a hungarian rug makers accosiation called SZETT. So far, two pieces from this collection have been made using the kilim technique, and more pieces are in the process of being made.
